Cooking Tip
Vanilla

Vanilla is an edible fruit of the orchid family. While there are dozens of varieties of vanilla only a few are used to make products for commercial use. Vanilla, especially pure vanilla products are expensive as a result of the crop being one of the most labor-intensive to grow and cultivate.

Cooking Tip
Unsweetened Chocolate

Unsweetened chocolate is also known as cooking, baking, plain, and bitter chocolate. Unsweetened chocolate is produced from chocolate liquor (cocoa solids and cocoa butter) that has been melted, poured into molds and cooled.
