Cooking Tip
Use the Best Chocolate
Seek out a good specialty store and inquire about the best chocolates available for use in recipes. In general the word “couverture” is an indication of high quality.

Cooking Tip
Servings Per Pie
Most pies will yield 6-8 servings, if guests or family members are full after a meal. If the pie is particularly rich, you may yield a few extra servings.
