1. Bake pie shell according to package directions. Cool.
2. Melt and blend semi-sweet chocolate pieces, sugar, and milk in double boiler.
3. Cool.
4. Beat in the egg yolks 1 at a time.
5. Beat in vanilla extract.
6. In separate large mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
7. Fold chocolate mixture into egg whites.
8. Pour chocolate pie mixture into pie shell.
9. Chill.
10. Garnish with whip cream. |
