1. In a small saucepan add the milk and sprinkle the gelatin over the top of the milk.
2. Let the mixture stand for 2 minutes.
3. Heat over low heat for 5 minutes, constantly stirring.
4. Add the chocolate chips and continue cooking, constantly stirring until the chocolate is melted.
5. Add the vanilla and stir to combine.
6. Remove the mixture from the heat, stirring occasionally, adding the Bailey’s Irish cream about 5 minutes after removing the mixture from the heat.
7. When the mixture forms mounds when dropped from a spoon, fold in the frozen whipped topping.
8. Pour the mixture into the premade pie crust.
9. Garnish with additional whipped topping.
10. Chill for 4 hours.
11. Serve and enjoy.
