Chocolate Mousse Pie

Pie filling is created from milk, unflavored gelatin vanilla Bailey’s Irish cream, semisweet chocolate chips. Mixture is spooned into graham cracker pie crust, topped with frozen whipped topping and chilled.

Ingredients -
1 (6 ounces) Graham Cracker or Chocolate Wafer Ready-Made Pie Crust
1 package (envelope) Unflavored Gelatin
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3/4 cup Milk
3/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
1 (6 ounces) package Semisweet Chocolate Chips
2 cups Frozen Whipped Topping
 
Preparation:

1. In a small saucepan add the milk and sprinkle the gelatin over the top of the milk.

2. Let the mixture stand for 2 minutes.

3. Heat over low heat for 5 minutes, constantly stirring.

4. Add the chocolate chips and continue cooking, constantly stirring until the chocolate is melted.

5. Add the vanilla and stir to combine.

6. Remove the mixture from the heat, stirring occasionally, adding the Bailey’s Irish cream about 5 minutes after removing the mixture from the heat.

7. When the mixture forms mounds when dropped from a spoon, fold in the frozen whipped topping.

8. Pour the mixture into the premade pie crust.

9. Garnish with additional whipped topping.

10. Chill for 4 hours.

11. Serve and enjoy.
